V-3 - Launchpad Explosion 2x7" (1997)

One of Ohio legend Jim Shepard's final releases before his tragic suicide -- mostly a straightforward lo-fi rock collection with some odds 'n' sods. This is easily up there with his best work.

Saw V-3 at Bernie's in 1997 I think. I was just about ready to graduate high school. I remember seeing Jim at a bunch of the shows (I remember Sonic Youth @ the Newport in particular) I would go to back then w/ his seemingly ever-present army jacket on.

Do you have "Negotiate Nothing"? I've been trying to get my hands on that one since I can remember.

Sweetest post indeed! thank you a ton for this and the last one, I await your next Shepard post eagerly. You couldn't go wrong with any of the stuff on Ropeburn.
Negotiate nothing, Psychic dancehall or VS and beyond.
